Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sacred Covenant Marriage Institute (SCMI), we are committed to providing high-quality premarital education, relationship enrichment, digital resources, and related services. Because preparation and access to materials may begin immediately after enrollment, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may request cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of a live or guided service to be considered for a refund.

Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, after the service has begun, or after a scheduled session has been completed are generally non-refundable.

Digital & Self-Paced Programs

Digital downloads, self-paced programs, workbooks, templates, courses, and other electronically delivered materials are non-refundable once access has been granted, materials have been downloaded, or digital content has been delivered, except where otherwise required by law.

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted at SCMI’s discretion and may be subject to availability or applicable rescheduling fees.

Program Completion

Failure to complete a program, attend scheduled sessions, or use purchased services does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

SCMI understands that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. Requests involving documented emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed case-by-case. Approval is not guaranteed.

SCMI Cancellations

If SCMI cancels a paid service and an acceptable rescheduled date cannot be arranged, the client will receive a refund for the affected service or another mutually agreed-upon resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or booking an SCMI service or program, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
